When the news reached us that Billy would be appearing on the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy telethon, we immediately seized the opportunity not only to do something that Billy would appreciate, but to raise some money for an extremely worthwhile charity at the same time.

With no clear goal in mind but to do our best, we set out to collect contributions from our members. Once again, the money came pouring in faster than we expected! When all was said and done, over $1500 had been raised for the very noble cause.

With our money in tow, we once again contacted RPM Management, to see if Billy could deliver the check to Jerry personally. Kelly Wright did us one better: She told us Billy would deliver it to him on the air! After a performance of his then-current single "Elisabeth," he did just that. Thank you, Billy and RPM!
