BillyHeads.com Chatroom Rules The use of the chat rooms are supplied to the user conditionally on the user's acceptance of the following terms: 1. The chat and its operation, the rules and their enforcement, and any actions taken or withheld shall be under the sole discretion of the operators present. Incidents are handled on a case-by-case basis, and the determinations of the operators are final. 2. The chat operators reserve to right to remove, temporarily or permenantly, any person they see fit to, with or without prior notice or warning, at any time they so choose. 3. The chat operators reserve the right to ban any and all users or IP blocks that they deem necessary to preserve the overall well-being of the chat and its users, and to promote and preserve the integrity with which the channel was intended. 4. The operators reserve the right to deem the chat, temporarily or permenantly, of a private nature and as such, enforce such decree with whatever means within their power, as they see fit, with or without prior notice. At such times, admittance or denial of entry into the channel shall be at the sole discretion of the operators. 5. Personal attacks of any type and for any reason will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the channel. 6. Spamming in any form will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated actions, text or sounds; unsolicited advertisement of another website or chat room; pasting of very long content including unrequested accounts of previous conversations within the room; and entering and leaving the chatroom in quick succession. Such incidents will be dealt with as the situation warrants. 7. Giving out personal information of or presented as that of Billy Gilman or his family is strictly prohibited. Infractions will result in the immediate revokation of the user's chatting privileges for a period of time to be determined by the administration. 8. Impersonating Billy, his family, managers, crew or anybody associated with him, or impersonating any other members of the community, either by word, name or deed, shall be strictly prohibited. 9. All decisions of operators are final in all matters not directly conflicting with the set of rules set forth by server administrators. The operators, by said rules, are reserved the right to moderate their channel as they see fit, and shall in their discretion, do so without guarantee of prior notice and without guarantee of the use of precedent. 10. The spirit and terms of all conditions set forth in the
Terms Of Service shall be
enforced.
